If there was a shock for me over the past few years it was when I heard that Pete Shelley had died.
I grew up with his music in the late 1970's and it really was good music around the time that punk was going into retreat.
RIP.

I knew Chas was ill but his death still came as a shock.
Chas and Dave were cool.
RIP.

Ken Dodd was harmless really.
He was a great comedian in effect.
RIP

What bugs me is that we used to see shows like this then they take them away from us so just exactly why do they do this.
Obviously they feel like they are in control.
But then again we know that the BBC are control freaks.

The thing is if people watch Jeremy Kyle then they will keep it on the television.
Just don't watch it!

The problem is that if nobody complains then nothing will happen.
So the moral is that if you see something on television that offends in any way - complain.
Its as simple as that.
